Wisdom teeth...gone

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled today. Its about 5 hours later and I feel nothing at all! Its great, people were telling me I was going to be in constant pain for like 5 days.

the drugs they gave me dont make me drowsy or anything, and it makes my body a perfect temperature, not too hot, not too cold.

Anyone in here have any interesting wisdom teeth removal stories?

 
I didnt even feel pain, i was eating spicy barbecue wings, celery, chip dip, chips and everything that night, and i didnt even take the loratab. some people are just pussies

 
ya cleaning your mouth and making sure food doesnt get in the holes of ur mouth sucks. but its not so bad. pretty dope to get knocked out like that though, one nice long nap

i got 6 teeth pulled..i had to keep my mouth packed with gauze for 2 days..it was more painful than childbirth!

I had all 4 pulled last Wednesday and I was ok too. Everyone was telling me I was going to wake up with a mouth full of blood and stuff and I didn't! I didn't even bruise which was good. You'll probably be sore once the local anaesthetics wear off, but just keep pumping the pain killers in, and wash your mouth out with salt water.

I have all my wisdome teeth fully grown in. They are pushing all my other teeth together, and they are starting to hurt. I should gey my wisdoms removed, but I don't want to go on an applesauce diet, because I'm already really skinny, and if I lost any more weight I'd dissappear.

Yeah...I have been eating solid food since I got home yesterday.

I guess everyone is different though. My jaw is pretty stiff right now and cant open it more like like 1 1/2 inches. Oh well, I am missing school, right after we just had vacation.

 
I got mine surgically removed because the Dentist didnt want to wait until they came in. It was a huge operation, and afterwards is was the worst pain i have ever felt in my entire life. it was a nightmare of pain, feverish drug induced sleep, and vomiting blood. I recovered in about 6 hours, but those 6 hours were horrible. Be thank ful that it didnt hurt you. It could of been a lot worse.

Crap ! this is freaking me out. The dentist said I may have to get my bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Cause my teeth are kinda get pushed out, but my wisdom teeth havn't come out yet either.

I wasn't worried till I read these cause all my friends say they don't feel anything. Just the fun numb part from the novacane.

yeah like what skunk said.. i got really sick after mine, lost like 15 lbs and had like 100 degree fevers.. wasnt too fun.. could be worse, cause theres always the chance of getting dry socket when you get yours removed.. my ex bf got that, and i felt sooo bad for him.

Yeak Skunk...mine weren't even poking through the gums. They had to surgically remove them, and I thought for sure it would be a bad week or so.

The thing that hurt the worst was they had to put the oxygen tube down my nose and they freaking scratched the hell out of my throat and that was what hurt the most. But that pain is subsiding now.

 
When I got mine removed the mixture of pain killers and the other shit you take made me constapated as fuck! I didn't shit for a week and I kept taking all this shit... prune juice, exlax and this stuff old people use, nothing worked. Finally I got fed up and got one of those homw enema kits and did that shit and I fucking burst, I lost control of my ass! I fucking punched a hole in the bathroom wall. NO JOKE!

 
I had mine surgically removed, its been a week now and I'm fine! The pain killers numbed everything though, so that was nice!

ah i might have to get mine surgically removed because they are growing sideways throught my gum towards my other teeth, if you can imagine that, a 90 degree facing towards the front of your mouth, so if they grow too far it could cause problems..so i might get them taken out. hopefully ill have enough drugs to keep me out through the pain.

yeah, my throte got all scratched up from the resporator too when i got my apendix out...getting gassed is fun tho, i felt like i blinked and it was 3 hours later

i was at the denist a week or two ago and they said that I'll probably have to get mine taken out. one of my top ones is already fully in, but they said 'since they'll take the other three out they might as well take that one out too 'cause it'll have nothing to chew on..' I'm just lying there thinking 'great - more pain'. i really hope it don't hurt, 'cause I don't like mouth pain - it sucks.

what kind of pain killers did you get? you should take advantage of you being pain free and sell them. If you got oxycotyl or vicatin i'm sure there will be buyers

 
you guys are all pussys, i also got mine surgically removed, they had to crush them up and everything, i went and ate anything that night, and it didnt even hurt, I didnt even need the loratab

yeah we had a 3 day weekend and my friend got his out on friday...it was shitty, but he said the pain pills were dope

 
Yeah i just had mine pulled bout 5 hours ago. All the stiches fell out and i got hella gose shit in there. Vicatin shit makes you feel so good. I think i am going to get extra and sell it to the pill popers at our school. If i am goingto be in pain might as well make money

 
i got 3 wisdom teeth, one is fully grown in and the other two are coming in. The other two have already broken the skin, no painor anything, i think they are growing in straight.

I just wanna ski, is that to much to ask in life
 
When I had mine pulled it was terrible. The doctor didn't give me enough pain killers so they did nothing at all. That got settled later. All the drugs I was on gave me crazy nightmare dreams. I couldn't eat for a long time. Things got alot worse, I got a dry socket about a week later. For about 3 days, I couldn't eat ANYTHING or drink anything except room temp water, even that gave me shooting head pains. Ouch. Getting the dry socket filled was such incredible pain... Basically the dentist proding an open nerve with a steel tool. Then I had a reaction to the drugs where I had shooting pain in my stomach. For about another week, I was constipated and Pain would wake me up at night. It really really really sucked. It took about 2 and half weeks to be where I was doing alright again.

this girl i no was getting the operation and swallowed/choked on the teeth or something, and she was out for a few days. im getting mine pulled soon, but i've had so many teeth pulled (10 i think total) and surgeries in my mouth that im used to it

yeah i couldnt eat anything hard for about 5 days and i got so pissed after the 2nd day so i went to BK and got a whopper meal and blended it all and ate the grey paste that it turned into. plus i drank like 5 gallons of milkshakes over a 1 week period.
