Wisdom Teeth and Constipation

depends on how deep ur teeth are. If they are impacted in your bones then you could be out 5 days in extreme pain. Enough that vicodin might not be strong enough. If they are already partially erupted then it is a pretty simple surgery and load up on ibuprofen and you should be fine. Just make sure to eat some food before you down 600mg of it. And if you don't want to be uber constipated don't take anything like vicodin, percocet, oxycotten, tylenol 3, ect. But normal tylenol or ibuprofen should do the trick and you can ski.
Just think about it they are going to rip teeth out of ur head you should be in some pain the next day. and if you go under general anesthesia you have a slight hangover feeling the next day more than likely

Holy shit thank you for brightening my day. When you said i was shitting like mt.vesuvius i fucking lost it. I was laughing so fucking hard that i started to litterally cry and didnt stop laughing for 5 straight minutes. Anyway, that is a terrible story and i feel very sorry for you. Holy shit +K for a fucking amazing story.

Recently rafter eating Quaker oatmeal cereal I took the gnarliest dump it felt like a dragon climbed up my butt and was spitting fire everywhere that's the only way I can describe it.
 
Opioids cause your body to absorb water from anywhere in your body (shit included). Similar mechanism to beer shits. If you ever end up on morphine or dilaudid or fentanyl for a bad injury it's expected that you'll become "impacted". Enjoy!
 
I was on an iv of dilaudid, and was given multiplier shots of morphine days before, while taking oxys, for my broken back,didnt shit in wellover a week one of the most painful things when it finaly happened...yuo definately some blood in there, didnt pee for days either, nurse thretened to put a cathater in and in my perment pain med trip, cursed her out saying i ripe all my tubs out and walk right out of the hospital (couldn't even move from the pain still at this pt). Meds do crazy things to your body
 
Most docs will add colace (a severe stool softener) to any orders with if pain meds to counteract. If you ask most hospitals/ers will give you one too.
 
the real shit in this is the post itself, who cares, this is just you complaining about not shitting, id love to not have to wake up 15 minutes earlier in the morning

 
I had one of my wisdom teeth removed about a month ago, and I was very disappointed. I didnt get any cool drugs, the dentist only gave me one shot on the outside of my jaw and one inside my mouth. I thought I was gonna get laughing gas or whatever it is that all those people up on youtube get, talking shit and drooling and crying and whatnot.

Everyone said stuff like"prepare for the worst pain ever", but I didnt think it was that bad? I mean, yeah my face hurt a little bit the week after, and I got a big bruise on my cheek, but that pain was sort of the same pain had had all fall, prior to the removal surgery.

I reckon the only shitty part about the whole thing was that I couldnt eat real food for over a week, only (cold) soups and smoothies. At one point when I was telling my mom how hungry I was and how badly I wanted pizza I actually started crying haha.

Sparknotes: wisdom teeth removal wasnt too bad, not being able to eat sucks ass though.

Also, why would anyone get penicillin for something like that?

To prevent infection.

I got all four out back in January and also got extremely constipated, not 20 days but i went a good week with no flow. Shits tough.

I was on 5/350 Vicodin for a week.

That was fun.

I feel like in a wisdom tooth scenario it's pretty common since they're super prone to infection from eating and shit getting stuck in them. I got mine out back in December and I've got one hole that refuses to close so it keeps getting these little infections, just picked up my third script of clindamycin this morning.
 
sorry im just bumping this thread because I read it while i was sitting in class today and was literally laughing like a psychopath it was so funny.
