this may be because im from boston the egotisitc capital of america. or the fact tht im having ski withdrawals and not being an hour drive from vermont is eating me up inside.

i mean sunburst is cool and all. but it aint no vermont or colorado

well considering i am from minnesota, right in the middle of the cities, i have been to most all of this state and a lot of wisconsin. just so you know i wasnt that serious either, but i would still take minnesota over wisconsin any day of the week
 
how differnt geologically are the 2 states? the answer is they arnt. they are seperated by a river and dang its crazy how different socially everything is on the other side. such pure hatred for one another. i think its fantastic. what are we without rivals.....boring??

I had a roommate from north branch. He lite himself on fire halfway through second semester. spent the rest of the cschoole year in the hospital. The group I met form north branch all seemed to be very special...
 
oh come on guys. i live in wisconsin and lemme tell you it was fun until i was about a year old. our only rep is for being the dairy state in which california has passed us up. the packers need to move somewhere where they can practice more. i go to more badger games a year the those. come to think of it ive never been to a packer game but ive been to the stadium.

our "mountains" are shitty, snowmaking, money sucking, pit holes compared to out west but so are minnesotas (no offense. minnesota does have a few bigger ones...)

the badgers are national hockey champions, which i guess is something to take pride in. and those guys who surf in the michigan 'ocean' must be tough cause to get there they gotta get around all those thugs from milwaukee with guns and crap.

and cheese. god im sick of it. its just to much grilled cheese, string cheese, cheddar cheese, cheese curds, fried cheese curd, beer battered cheese curds, fried beer battered cheese curds,cheese fondue.....

oh and the brewers suck too. bucks too.

ive only lived here for 14 long years and i cant wait to get out. all you guys that love this place, props to you cause i dont know how you do it.
 
nah man i live 5 minutes from the geographical center of the state. that means im an hour from cascade and 45 mins from granite. i wakeboard up north a lot and my sister goes to school up there so i got nothin against it. but thats in michigan. theres just nothing to do here.
 
yeah and jeffery domer and that other guy that cut people up. and that kid who shot his principal last week. adams friendship has also the most murders for it population in the united states.
 
well our news was pretty good for awhile. 180+ people got busted for dealing drugs in our town of 20000 after a 2 year undercover operation. lotta high schoolers, lotta kids parents too.
 
and jeffrey damers or w/e that psycho's name was in milwaukee... he would go down to Chi-town and pic up gay blacks bring em back to his house, rape them, then eat them...

and then there was ed gein way back... would go dig up graves and eat them too i think....

im sorry to say that i live in a state made up of freaks.. :(
 
wisconsin is amazing, and we embrace our drunkenness, plus we share our border with the UP, what more could you ask for? I mean shit, its nothing like skiing out west, but its decently priced, and the people, flannel, farve, cold ass weather, deer, and the beer are all part of the package. if anyone else feels enthusiastic bout these 2 amazing places, message me and I will invite you to the wisconsin/ u.p. cult, its not that popular yet.
 
well i hate football... so sports isnt a matter to me.. and ive lived in both MN and WI.. and they are the same... some types of people.. same everything... sept WI throws crazy keg parties... and MN has hard alcohol parties like crazy... so they are equall.. stop ur bitching
 
i like wisconsin for that fact that i'm considered a good skier here. if i go to vermont or out west, i would be considered horrible.

yes um wisconsin is unlike colorado in many ways, and vermont just completly sucks compared to colorado.

ok i love wisconsin and i will always rep wisco for my life, but the skiing is terrible, i will say.....but you cant dis the badgers.....the atmosphere in madison at badger footall games is like none other....i absolutely love the badgers
