Anyone know when the earliest we're (southern/mid wisconsin) projected to have some snow is?? or at least snow blowing?? I'm tryna ski, even if it means driving 5+ hours. And no I'm not dry sloping it at buck, I mean real snow.

Trollhaugen is trying to open ~Nov 4-6, and should for sure open by Nov 11-13. If it does indeed open around the 4th, it will only be a preseason park, but I went last year and it was really sick. About 10 features, they are just a bit crammed. It was still skiing and really fun regardless, the rails are always awesome anytime at Troll

Nothing in the forecast for the Wausau area during the next 15 days. Temps don't look like they will get low enough to make snow for awhile. Granite Peak Alway predicts a NOV 19 opening, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was bumped back a week or so like last year.

idk I feel like it is going to be a better season this year than last, but you never know it could be worse

Usually AV opens around thanksgiving. I know last year was horrible and the season lasted close to three months but due to recent weather I'm think this year is going to be better.

I don't think there is any snow here yet but wait a few more weeks and some hills might open.

Granite is still going to suck because the management is retarded. They could get ten feet of natural snow and the owner would still keep runs closed half of the year.
