sadly, no matter what everyone else does Tanner will win slopestyle. It's a proven fact, it started with the wack judging on the big air he won (he said it himself) and it's carried through to slopestyle these past two years. The judges know their job is gone if an american isn't at the top of the podium for slopestyle.

Superpipe will be a real contest with a showdown between Jon Olsen and Candide Thovex. Tricks that won it two years ago won't get you to the finals this year.

Charles Gagnier will give us a slopestyle run that will leave us speechless. I'm not saying that the guy will win, but with Pep out he'll probably take 3rd place behind Jon and Tanner. My bet for pipe is CR, Jon or Crichton.

Freeskiing is a lifestyle, and true skiers are the ones who live this lifestyle, not the ones who follow it.

biohazard, what are you talking about? tanner wins all those comps because he's the best, whether you like it or not. maybe in some big airs he got a little lucky, but in slopestyle? come on. and why would anyone's job be in jeopardy if a foreigner won slopestyle? it wasn't a problem to give a frenchie and a swede superpipe gold, so why would slopestyle be any different?

But Simon will win pipe. and I think that Olenick will suprise everyone with a high slopestyle finish, maybe even second or third.
