is anyone going to be at the winter x games in aspen, colorado. im going up there to check that it out. gonna be pretty sick

What are the dates? I didn't know it was in Aspen. If I can, I'll go!

if they are anywhere in the East i'm going to go and compete just for kicks. And if i get in that would be super sick (and about 1 in a million odds). I'm thinking of taking a bit off school and going to the X-games than sticking around for the Open (cuz I'm going to be competing in the Open this year)....I just hope i don't fail all my classes this year.

yea well im working on getting a party house maybe throw downsome keggers....if that doesn't work out we're getting a van...hehe...but yea, i'll keep everyone updated on the possible keggers. that'd be fucking sweet.

im goin to the x games in aspen this year but while i was up in whistler i heard some o the pros talkin some about a posible half pipe or slopestyle event for the x-games for skiers this year and that they were leaning tward halfpipe but it may not be true

 
yeah theres nothing wrong with drinking under age all my friends parents buy it for us, i want to enter the open this year but i think i'm to young

wow...i just dont drink...i did when i was really little, well at leats the foam, but i dont really care at all...whatever...ill prob go anyways...im talkin bout the qualifiers...but ok

Yeah lay off the kid guys. If he's 13 and doesn't wanna start drinking, don't try and make him. I don't wanna sound like a parent here, but I would bet that the earlier you start, the more of a problem it could turn in to in your life. you guys may think otherwise, but I wouldn't recommend a 13 year old to start drinking.

I started drinking when I was 9 thanks to my step-bro. And at the age of 16 it is surprisingly easy to get served when hanging out with a bunch of 'of age' people.

yea i started drinking when i was 11. hasn't done anything to me i haven't liked. grew some facial hair, voice lowered and now i get offered alchohol all the time. it's nice when you're only 16. but yea, might as well start early, that way when you get to high school you're not one of those kids who pass out at 11pm and can't handle their alchohol.

like i've been saying if any of you are in colorado and wanna chill im sure we can arrange some soft of party to get wasted at.

I went to the Winter X Games in Mt Snow for the last 2 years. And I think it should have stayed in Mt. Snow, In the east we don't get many chances to see the likes of Candide and JF, and JP, Evan Raps, and Jonny Moseley, and everyone else here that often. We do have our own pro's (Dave Crichton, Mike Nick, and more) but it is good to see some of the legends of skiing here.

LineSki is right - they should've kept the games in the east. we have no comps what-so-ever. mt. snow rocks! however i am quite psyched to get out of these east coast hills. i'll be up at aspen for the two weeks leading up to the comp. it'd be awesome to have a newschoolers + friends 'get-together'. let me know on that - i'd be glad to help cordinate and such. if someone needs a place to stay during the games contact me, i'm sorta staying on a company deal thingy. there has always been extra room before . . .

When are the X-games this year?

Are they usually around when the US open is?

well i live out here in colorado. and im glad they moved the X games here. that'd be cool if they just switched back and forth every two years. because i was dreaming around going to the x games last year but couldn't afford it, and i couldn't get time off to go. but no thats it out here i know a ton of kids are looking to head up there. (but for some reason im the only coloradoian tlaking about it in my school and town. what the hell is wrong with these people

When i grow up, im gonna live in those little ghost towns in colorado that are on the way to Breck and Winterpark. Oh my god that would be awesome.

they should move the x games to the midwest haha, that way i dont have to record them and watch them all th time, i could go watch them, haha thatd be crazy if they were at crystal or boyne or something
