how come nobody banned him sooner? maybe instead of eradicating my "ban winter.steve" posts someone should have taken my advice and eradicated winter-steve, before he became a liability to this website.

Now, the term liability that I used. Did you read the post by cko assuring the NS community that the Steve Winter impersonator would be found out and all of his logins blocked? If people in control of NS have to make statements like that, then they must feel somewhat liable for winter.steve's ongoing jackassery.
