Its March and the (most of) the east coast still hasn't gotten more than 5 inches of snow at once. Is it time to give up on winter and accept the lack of snow or is there a chance of more snow coming?

No, my great uncle who wrote the farmers almanac said that we're going to get a huge storm mid June. Based on the weather trends it's looking like extremely dry snow and as much as 10 feet in some places. With the cold weather coming behind it I'd say we should get 3 or 4 months of skiing just out of that storm.
Oh wait, that's right, it's fucking march. The east coast got something like negative 11 inches of snow this season, it's been 100 degrees, and it's not going to get better. We're all fucked, and I've already sold my skis for crack cocaine.
