Winter forgot the westcoast

:( i know dude...im checkin the ski report for schweitzer and its raining...im feelin aweful that this is two years in a row, ive already repaired my based twice from deep gouges, but i dont know how much I can take...
 
anyone know whats the deal with bachelor right now? snow level is around 6000 and bachelor, i think, is the only one above that around here. Other than some parts of whistler.
 
its probaly snowign on upper hood but nothing to realy shake your dick about.. all we can do is pray or kill a small goat.
 
i dont know why i said other than parts of whistler....yea it should be snowing at like the tops of the mountains...but yea i think bachelor is the only one with base above the snow level.
 
haha quit ur bitchin all of your seasons will be super long and end like 5 months after mine did. like mamoth last year they bitched in the begining and then had like a 9 month season
 
who ever said global warming last year we had like the coldest wettest winter ever. it can't change in 7 months. just weather patterns differ u know. there calling for a colder sttorm next week for tahoe
 
It's raining in Idaho too. There is this shitty inversion going on. It's 33 degrees at 2,500 feet and 38 degrees and raining at 4,200 feet, the base elevation where I ski.
 
it's pretty much gonna rain at any mountain out west when the snow levels are at 10,000ft and it's 50 degrees outside.
 
As of 1pm Bachelor is just starting to get rain. Base temp 36 mid-mountain temp 33. I hate the Pineapple Express :(
 
I think it may be just a week one, not totally sure, I was led to believe this only because our weather pattern is coming from the south pacific and Hawaii with no mix of cold Alaskan air, giving us their warm currents although it cools off during trip across the pacific.

I need something to blame it on.
 
i hate global warming and all those political bastards, they are trying to melt the world so that they can turn the arctic into an ocean so they can trade more easily across it
 
the weather channel just put up a graphic that showed the US having substantially lower average temperatures than we normally get in the winter

its about goddamn time the eastcoast got a leg up, Jay peak already's gotten about 150" of snowfall this year
 
no, i just watched a thing on the discovery channel and russia and canada have already laid claim to most of the water up there for trading. also england and denmark have already paid in excess of 500 million dollars each for unrestricted use of the water when the ice caps melt. this was all done legally at a UN conference that lasted 10 months . so in conclusion they want to melt the ice caps to make money. fuck that
 
omg pineapples remind me of a sweet joke:

now the second guy comes out of the woods with a papaya."now that you have the fruit, you must put it in your ass and i will grant you a wish". so after a while, he finaly manages to put in up there, and the geenie says "now, what do you wish for?"

"i want to go home", he says. just as his wish was being granted, he turnee around and laughed histarically as the third man ran out of the forest with a pineapple.
