NS I need your help. A couple buddies and myself are trying to plan our yearly ski trip. Are plans are to go for a couple days, like 4 or 5 nights, somewhere in between Dec. 26th and Jan. 6th. We are sticking to the East coast, so New England or Canada, preferably Canada so we can drink. Does anyone have any input on where would be a good and CHEAP place to go for a couple days. My main focus is to keep the trip relatively cheap. Also if you have ever done anything like this and could throw me a little insight on cheap places to stay or deals that would be awesome. thanks

Btw I did searchbar and couldn't really find any threads that were helpful. thanks again

uhhh dont go to the east, probably the best way to put it
go to Jackson Hole, and stay in the Hostel which i think is relatively cheap and a wicked chill place

The Eastern Townships are relatively cheap and have decent skiing. and of course a place like Jay, they'd for sure have the most and possibly best snow around at that time of year and really are nowhere near as expensive as Tremblant or some place like that.

and that area is only about an hour or two from Montreal, so if conditions are shit or raining and not worth skiing then there's always tons to do there.

yeah Quebec is great you got Stoneham wich has a great park and Le Massif wich is good for pow considering your in the east and dont this Quebec City is that expensive..

I saw last year at school advertisements for 5 day trips up to Tremblant and other ski resorts from like $350 or so for rooms, passes, and parties. It seemed pretty legit to me, I went to Tahoe instead though, but will probably look into that this year for spring break.

fuck you guys. my ski trip is from december 28th to jan 5th.

and i am complaining mine is short

i just found out semester wont start until like jan 10th. i want to extend the trip but prices to change these things...BE A BITCH!

NEVER go to tremblant during spring break for skiing. 45 minute long lines..... Unless your just gonna be hiking the park. But im sure the parties are good..

if youre doin a whole week, hit me up for a college pass and go to mount snow! its cheaper than buying lift tix will be.
