Yo guys,
I put together a little reel. Had a super fun season shooting, it was the first year I got serious about filming skiing. Stoked for next season, Hope I can get some feedback and comments on it. /static/images/flash_video_placeholder.png
 
I already posted in the other thread, but I'll add that this is easily the best reel I've seen on NS. Tracking was flawless on tripod shots, Glidecams were ridiculously smooth, and composition was great. Good colors too!
 
Thanks dude!! Actually all the follow shots were done either handheld or with a tripod on the bottom, I just had a sigma 10-20mm on, which helps a ton. Picked up a glidecam this summer so stoked to use it this winter
 
I also like your use of blue, namely in the hot dogger shot. It seems too many people shy away from the natural blue colors. They're my favorite.
 
some of the shots were a little shaky, but your composition in them was still very very good. great job man!
 
^Thanks man. I didn't have a glidecam in the winter but found that with the wide on, the shots were still usable (Not Indeal) but it actually works pretty well if you just stick out the legs of a tripod. Few shots were handheld in there too. This winter I'm gonna try and put a lot more time into setting up shots
