Who's goin?INFO:Friday night will be practice and qualifying. We will have sessions every hour on the hour, arrive early to arrange your heat.Show hours are 3pm to 10pm. The last qualifier will be at 9pm. You will need a valid show admission on Friday to ride.Quarterfinals will be on Saturday. Age groups are 15 and under, 16 and over, and Female. Heats will be at 12noon, 2:30pm, 5pm, and 8pm.If you qualify for the quarterfinals Friday night you will be given a free admission for Saturday’s quarterfinals.Sunday will be the semi-finals and finals. Semi-finals at 12noon, and 2pm, Finals at 4pm. If you pass through the quarterfinals you will receive a free admission for Sunday’s events.There is no entry fee to the competition. The ramp will ONLY be open to invited riders. Prizes in excess of $2,000 to be awarded.
 
When you say ramp you mean jump or is this a rail jam. if it is a jump it Sounds like a great way to get hurt before the season starts, eh? maybe i am wrong.
 
I will be there working all weekend. the shop I work at has a booth. Ski & Sports Chalet. stop by and say hi.
wish i could some how get some pictures of this will see what i can do.
 
So according to Elan, Drew at Viking said im in, but he has yet to reply to my emails and I haven't actually heard this from him.

Does anyone actually understand the invitation process and not something they have read?

I'm assuming the form is something everyone fills out, but to actually be in you need to have one the of the events sponsors back you up and they say that you're with them.
 
Yeah this is gettin confusing. But Drew said Brice, im not sure if your in but im just tellin you what he said to me.

no i wouldnt. but im not really caring too much cause that would be a lot of driving for me cause i live right by alpine. so thats a good hour and half drive there.
 
just got invitd to go like an hour ago. it kinda sucks figuring out the night before. im not going to go so hope all you have some fun tomarrow and shred the fuck out of the setup haha
 
I took some pictures today when I was at the show. the shop I work at has a booth there . so the rail jam is right in front of us should be pretty sick. here are a couple i took when they where setting it up this afternoon. these where taken at about 3:00pmish

heres the lowdown. two skiers killed it one had ninthwards and one had afterbangs. on little kid with this rediculous spin protecter that made him look like a ninja turtle sucked some d. thats pretty much how it went down. some hard slams by the borders
 
yeah the kid with ninthwards was my brother. aka WININTHWARD.

does ANYBODY know if he made it to the second round?

i had a lot of fun last night. wish the other box was open though. i have this stupid thing at school today and i dont know if im going to be able to get there intime. i dont really know when my heat is so if one of you are getting there early and can find out what heat im in and the time that wouuld be awesome. you can text me it if you want. 262-325-0781. thanks a lot. hope to see you all there!
