Windows Movie Maker Help

I have a video, but I only want like the inner part of what the camera actually recorded. So say it recorded a 4x6 area, I only want like the middle 2x4. Is there any way I can crop video in windows movie maker? or somehow else, and then put it back into WMM. (and don't say get another program, cause this is what they have at school, and what I already have 3/4 of my movie on)

damn it. like for example, I want to crop this, so it doesn't have the blue border, just the inside.

is there another program that will do it for me, but I can transfer it back to WMM. Cause that's what I HAVE to use.

how long is the thing?

because a time consuming way would be to take a screenshot of every frame, then enter those into a flash document, export your preferred size .avi, then import that into the timeline.
