Windows Mobile 6.1 out finally for Blackjack 2

I have a blackjack 2 but like I never go online because I don't have unlimited internet and I don't want to pay for the high price. What can I do with the phone in the name of FREE ringtones and games and stuff without going online in my phone. Or is there a way I can 'hack' it to get free internet. Thanks for the help if you can help me.
 
the software that comes with it, you can transfer ringtones and games over without the internet
the update doesnt use the internet either, and it makes the homepage looks sick
