Windows Media For Mac

For some reason the mac version of WMV totally freaks out on my mac, is there a substitute to play WMV files. I have VLC player but it doesnt work. any advice?

wmv convert... plays it in quicktime

flip4mac messed up imovie. Make sure you put it in the right file.
