WINDOWS ETCH A SKETCH?

in windows at just the main screen if i drag my mouse and it makes that dotted line box, and i hit the button on my keyboard to open up the start menu twice the box sticks after i let go of my mouse...

then if i get a window (usually my aim window) and drag it over it deletes what ever it goes over n nothing else...

does anyone else have this?

i guess you would need that button on yer keyboard though (byt he way im running windows XP)

Do you have a black backround^ mine goes away but i think i can't see it because of my black backround
