has anyone had their car tinted? im wonderin how much the usual price to get everything behind the front seats done will cost....theres not that many places around my area to get it done and the guy at a shop said 250$, but that seemed high to me....anyway

too dark is illegal...but for some reason people do it and somehow get away with it

well tinting your windows is like putting a lift on your truck its illegal after a certain point but the cops don't really care.

There is nothing motherly about mother nature. Except for her big mountainous breasts.
 
it depends on how many windows your getting tinted. If you got a regular car and your getting the back 2 and the rear window then you're getting ripped off. But if its a big ass truck and gettin 4 plus the rear than its a pretty good deal. By the way, if its a 4 door car i would deffenitly get all of the windows tinted, it looks a hell of a lot better than just the back 2.

$250...is that Canadian. If not youre getting ripped off dude. I got an Accord done with all 4 windows and the back for $100 with 5%. Dont pay that much for it.

 
you should be able to get it done for 150 canadian. they will do your fronts but will explain to you all the shit about it being ilegal and that they are not resposible if you get charged. But the cops don't ussually care.

yeah here for a fur door with life time warranty, make sure you get that shit otherwise it will all bubble and shit, its 184 plus tax for a four door, that front and rear windows and back window, if they are not doing your front two walk out the door cause they obviously dont know what they are talking about....

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?
 
i got all my windows tinted black basically, i dont even remeber what it cost, but it made the car look ALOT better....+ then no one can see inside so.... you can do naughty things in the back and no one will see ;).....oh ya and police reallly could care less, ive been pulled over for speeding and they said nothing about the tinting.

 
Yeah, definitely got mine done for sub $200, as with my friends. Get all 4 plus the rear. Thats where its at.

$15 my ass! its obvious u know nuthin about tint man..i'v help my bud josh out on jobs and tint don't cost 15..more like 50 or more depending on the car.

i found a shop that will tint all 4-doors + the rear windshield for 175$ which includes a lifetime warranty....they said that cops tend to pull you over if you 'black out' the front windows....my dilema is whether to just tint the back really dark or do all the windows a lighter tint....not sure.....would it look retarded to tint the back windows really dark and the front ones lighter?

I dont know where your buying your tint at for a roll for 50 bucks but i say u are getting ripped off. Go to NAPA and get a roll for 15 bucks
