Windells ski camp

I was just wondering if anyone here has ever been to the windells ski camp in the summer..... and if so, is it worth the $1600
 
windells is so fun though, one of the better weeks of my life. awsome experience, and u cant say the tons of skateparks and tramp and foam pit arnt sick. i liked it alot. going again this year.
 
i'm sure it is, but i gotta warn u, no t-bar, all hiking, and apparently Sammy Carlson is to busy with photo shoots to coach consistently (i heard that from a friend so i don't know if it's true, but you do have to hike) i would reccomend momentum
 
how long does the public park stay open thru summer and how many rails do they usually have up?
 
i was there (windells) teh first week in august last year, and the park had a couple boxes maybe a rail or two and then 3 jumps. good sized jumps, and a pipe.
 
i would say go for it.

it's a really cool place to be. a nice attitude and everyone is out there to help you.

the hiking isn't that bad. its rewarding!
 
i think the whole windells thing is less the skiing, more after, windells has a sweet skate park and stuff in town, but i agree, just camp and ski the public, much more fun, and you dont have to follow any rules
 
dude u dont have to follow rules at windells either. there so chill and relaxed. we got drunk with our conselur one night
 
oh, i went to the "mt hood camp" and i guess we didnt really follow the rules since we were a lot older than everyone else, but they made people like, go to activities for a certain amount of time, it was ghey, we just jumped on the tramps all day and hung with the kitchen staff and played N64
 
hah yeah im glad i didnt go there. u can do watever u want at windells basically. the tramp that shoots u like 15 ft up and into a foam pit was super fun i did that all the time. and u get so much free stuff. and sammy is there too. but it does cost a lot of money which sucks
 
ya, i remember being jealous of the windells kids and that foam pit....haha i met sammy at the timberline lodge, scrawniest kid ever, but hes cool. Ya i think the mt. hood camp was $1000 for 5 days of skiing
 
i think someone should make a thread in early summer saying what camp thier goin to and what thier wearin, that would be dope to meet some kids from NS
 
i think there is usually a section on the forums where it has a forum for each session at each camp
 
and cause the public park was a ton better. when we were there windells had 2 jumps. and like 4 other rail hits.
 
yeah really... all you need is a bag of weed and green pass peeps to get in to the park.. the three you want ot get in is timberline pube which is really good and is gonna kill kids this year and thats why you see windills motherfuckers poaching and fuckin it up.. so feel free to tell them to get the fuck out. mhssc has a pretty good park and they last into the end of the season
 
you fucker.... this year i dont care at all. im really fucking tired. of windils kids fuckin up the jumps cause there too lazy to fuckin hike.... take the money for the camp buy a pass and get some greenage sleep in the trees.. and then youl get better. the worst is when a coach is saying that the feature is closed.. really tell him to fuck off and hit the feature. goddam campers.
 
can you smoke weed there? i can barely go a day without smokin a bowl, let alone 10 days haha. im stoaked to go either way. what session should i sign up for
