Windbreaker During Winter

I have the Burton Breaker(backup), do u think if i wore this during the months of January and Feburay i would be cold?

Also would the jacket become wet?

Damn bro, I have that SAME EXACT windbreaker - it sucks. It gets wet, and its cold.

it will not be warm unless you layer your clothes, and yes it will get wet.
