im watching it right now, and it has to be the most epic tennis match ever, five sets and 6 hrs later nadal wins 6-4 6-4 7-6 7-6 8-7

yea im the same way, i turned it on in the beginning of the 5th set before the rain delay expecting it to be over, but im glad i waited to watch the end.

how you can play tennis for that long without collapsing is beyond me

and no tiebreaker, so they keep playing till some one wins by 2. That was by far the longest match i've ever seen and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well played between nadal and federer, I was rooting for rafa and he deserved this win, he played great.

If nadal would have lost i would have FLIPPED out, he had 3 championship points and so many chances to put it away but federer being the man he is brought it back everytime.

nadal hasn't beaten federer often, but this is the first time he has beaten him twice in a row, and the first time at wimbledon. nadal should absolutely be 1 because he has now won the past 2 major
