Ok, so NS I’m telling you guys this to help you out, and

maybe get a hoodie if at all possible via public call out :D So a few months back I go to get a hoodie

from wils. I send the check, and then this shit goes down so now I’m down 50

bucks. So this convo will basically explain what went down and I guess you can

be the judge of what my next move should be.

We have a problem, that check that "bounced" never

bounced. It shows up as cashed in my moms bank account. Care to explain that?

I DEPOSED IT in the back looook

i put my card in the machine i say i want to depose a checke. then i put the

check in with the amount discribed in it. and it go send in the machine and i

never herd that it pass so your check =is crap

hey man i never got the money im legit ask people i did alot of bussniess with peeople on hear this is the only time i got anyproblems i dit not ship cause i dit not get the hoodie
 
u know his name....find his number and call him up. if its that big of a deal im sure u could get a lawyer involved.
 
Speak to your bank and see if they can verify the details of the transfer (though they might not disclose everything). It should be very easy to show that your cheque has been cashed. If you cheque was bad, it should still come up under the payor's account as non-sufficient funds and declined. So unless dude can show some bank statements that your cheque actually got bounced, I would call him culpable. Further, if he want to maintain his business integrity, he has an obligation that the fault of the transaction failure was not his. Otherwise, may he be gang raped by a pack of HIV infected leprechauns.
