i got a pair of head mojo boots and they ended up being stiffer than all the other boots i tried on but i thought they were park-specific so i went with it. now i'm finding that they aren't really park specific, so i was wondering if anybody has any insight on whether they'd do fine in the park. i have a stock photo right here. thanks!

ps. i was under the impression that they were the jon olsson mojos (not that it matters necessarily but it could make a difference) but they weren't. they're sick anyways and i hope they're not too bad. i'm just wondering if anybody knows anything about them that's all.

any boots will "work" in the park, just some are better for it because of flex and shock absorbing properties. those will work great, unless you are looking for the noodly spk type flex. heck, i use my 130 flex race boots in the park and they are fine for me, i think it comes down to presonal preference on flex and such.

Do you not like how stiff your old boots are? Do they not fit? Because "park specific" doesnt mean shit for boots if you dont like them~

well the mojos fit me best out of all the other ones i tried on, but they didn't flex as much. i was sorta surprised to see that they were race boots, which makes me wonder if they'll perform in the park. i have a feeling that i'm gonna end up having a lot fun on them, but i just have a slight concern. btw i had krypton rampages for the past 2 seasons before these, but they're broken now so i can't side-by-side compare them (plus i've outgrown them). i'm guessing i'll be fine.

dude you will be fine. thats a great boot. i have rampages and i took all the stiffener stuff out of them so the flex is at 80 i think. they are still pretty stiff, i dont like a boot that i can flex to the ground but i dont want my foot to be stuck in a bucket of cement. the mojo will do you good in the park

you should be fine, you would rather have a boot taht fits well and isnt park specific" rather than a boot that fits like crap.

u are in better shape than you think trust me.
as long as the boot fits a tech can make is softer no problem.

i wore the mojos last season, planning on wearing them again. they fir me great, and they soften up after a couple good days so dont worry too much.

I rode those boots last year and rode mostly park. They worked great. I took the screws out of the back part of the boot and that made them softer and after I did that they were way more comfortable. I also lessoned the forward lean to make it better for switch riding. Ill probably ride them again for most of the year this year. They are great for all over the mountain too, not just the park.

thanks to everyone so much! this really helps, and i think i've gotten in figured out. i don't think when i called them "race boots" i was being that accurate, but whatever they are, i'm gonna take the little allen scews from the back, and they should be dandy. again, thanks to all.
