I have these old maybe 6 years old Look ns 11 and thought is it wise to drill them on new skis. I am like 150 pounds and ride park for most of the time so will they hold up?

How old are you? How hard do you ski? I would personally stay away from that sort of binding if you're serious about jumping/landing switch.

18 and my ski style is aggressive I think. I am serious about jumps. Maybe it's just better to find pivots.

Pivots are cool and all but a set of wardens or STHs are also worth considering. At your age and skill level, I would suggest you stay away from the nx 11. Even a Marker Griffon 13 would work for you

Attacks will treat you better than wardens or griffons and be way cheaper too.
