Who knows, I wonder if Tanner will ever be decent again. I was talking to a guy who broke his ankle and he said he could never ski well again, and both of em I mean shit
i bet he'll pull through and be fine, usually an athlete at that level usually has the determination and dedication to do whatever it takes to be on top, but then again i don't know the extent of his injuries so no one can really tell.
i'm pretty sure he will ski again. would be rather shocked if he didn't.
as far as tanner and his ankles... i bet this season he does less BIG stuff and more tech stuff. i fucked my ankle in august and even though its been "healed" for like 2 months now i have pretty serious worries about my season.
granted, i do manual labor for a living (not exactly taking it easy and letting it heal) and tanner has the best doctors and physical therapists money can buy. even though i hate the guy's attitude, his style, and the direction he wants to bring skiing i hope he is back to full health asap.
First, I sure as hell hope CR recovers to the fullest. Second, an injury or accident doesn't have to ruin you forever. I busted up my ankle enough to need two steel screws to hold it together and it actually made me a BETTER skier. Afterwards I learned how to become a much better technical skier, so I could actually ski tougher terrain with less risk. So I really hope CR is able to fully recover, cuz I'm sure he'll be back at the top as soon as he can.
ive broken fingers, ribs, my tailbone, my heel, ankles, wrist, nose and got many a concusion and i still ski, i dont see how this will affect him that much
those are all very easily compared to serious head trauma and a coma. i don't see why everyone is getting bent out of shape. i mean, i had a stroke today while watching TV and then performed open heart surgery perfectly. i would put severe head trauma and a coma on the same level as breaking a finger. no need to stay in the ICU, just put a bandaid on it and everything will be fine before you know it.
basically, i hope you die in a car fire and a gay bears rapes the shit out of your entire family.
i think CR will eventually come back...and even if he can't get back to where he was (which i seriously hope ISN'T the case) i think what he has just been through will have an even larger impact on younger skiers than what he has already done.
I would think CR is the type that won't give up and he will do whatever he can to get back up on the hill and have fun again..that in itself is pretty influential in my opinion..
i just hope it doesnt affect his mental capacity or personality or person in anyway........even so he will be back in one form he is a driving force in our fair sport and will always be there mabye not dominateing the ski scene after this atroscity but with his major involment with the nigger picture and all his sponsors CR will be pushing the envelope in some way to make skiing better for the masses.......CR your a fucking champion man and i hope your recovery is speedy and painless....
if he got a brain injury its very questionable, since brain cells do not regenerate. i hope very much though that he did not get a serious head injury and will be back skiing as soon as he can. get better cr
^ i hate peoletha go "use the search bar" and flame people so heres the short of it.....cr hit a jump crashed and kye landed on him impacting him somehow on the head (and he was wearing a helmet which i respect) and hes in a non induced coma now which means his brain can act on its own....so things a re looikin up
damn, thats crazy. itll teach him never to have someone follow him off a jump. those always seemed so sketchy. like if one person was to fall, 5 people would fall on you.
Sure Tanner came back, but kids those were ankles. A coma is much much different. But i really hope he does pull through and gets to do what he loves to do again.
