Will Bend your FKS brakes

OK so ive decided that alot of people either cant or dont know how to bend FKS brakes, ive become fairly good at it over the past 2 years or so. So i figured i would sell my services. All you hae to do is either tae your bindings apart and mail me the bakes or mail me the heel pieces and tell me the width. Ill bnd them and mail them back to you. i figure 15 bucks a set is fair, cause it takes me about 1-2 hours to do a set, but i kinda enjoy it, i know ime weird. so thi may not interest anyone but if it does holler at me.

Yo, I got some FKS 120s I need bent to 108mm for my Scott P4s. Do you do a 90 degree bend or two 45s? Anyways uh yeah PM the info or whatever.

i cant bend your skis, haha, but if your talking about scratch 120 bindings, i think it would probaly be cheaper to just order a pair, they are like 25-30 bucks, and if i do them it will be the same after shipping and everything but ime happy to do it, pm me
 
bump for an awesome thread, ime starting to do 45/45 bends now to for those of you who need brakes bent to only around 90-100 or less. ill get some pics up soon, but heres a pic of some that i bent

Take an empty metal pipe about 12" long, put over brake, depress brake so it's in the position as if you were skiing, bend it so it's perpendicular to the ski, re position the pipe to where the bend should be, and bend back down. PERFECT. 5 minute procedure. Save yourself shipping cost.
 
Yeah if your gonna do it yourself definitly check out the above dudes link, it's actually what i followed the first time i bent a pair. But be prepared the first time is always a bitch!
 
works with some solly brakes but you will destroy the housing on fks brakesi tried it with a pair and i ripped them right out of the metal housing and had to take them apart, pop the arm back in, and clamp the housing together and then drop a rivet in to hold itthe only way to bend fks brakes is to take them out, put them in a vice, and bend them, any other way will break something
 
I just bent some wide ones for "THE Frush" and some 92mm for my rockers which both came out incredible, illhave pics up soon. PM me if you want some done
 
Got 'em back today. Folks, this dude's work is leeeeegiiiiiit. They look like they were made this way, the fit is PERFECT, I couldn't be happier. I'll be referring everyone that ever asks about bending brakes to this guy.
 
i fucked up when i was bending my brakes, so they're 120mm wide and going a ski with 95mm waist. is this ok?
 
Hey man, I sent you a pm, but figured I'd post here just in case you were checking the thread more often. I'm looking to get a pair of p18s bent to fit a 108mm AK Enemy. A friend and I already tried bending one brake and sorta got it, but I think it still needs some work and reassembly and the other heel hasn't been bent or disassembled yet. So, I was wondering if you could bend them and how long it would take. Just pm whenever, thanks.
