Will a normal alpine boot fit in the pivot WTR

local shop has a crazy good deal on last seasons look pivots WTR. Whats the difference between the WTR and the AW model, and will my normal alpine boots be fine in the WTR model. Just wanna check that i'm not fucking this up cos I cant bring my boot down for mounting for geographical reasons.

The WTR has an adjustable AFD so will work with both soles (alpine and WTR), the AW model has a fixed AFD and will only work with alpine and gripwalk soles
