Wildcat, NH

So my friends and I are going down to Wildcat this Friday. We all do park, and I was wondering if anyone knew what they had set up, and how the conditions have been. I think a couple of weeks ago someone posted a thread about a big jump that they had (50 ft.?) and decent park. Am I wrong?

Wildcat is definitely the wrong place to go if you're looking for park. You will be thoroughly disapointed with like 1 rail and maybe 2 boxes(I doubt is has changed since I've been there). Wildcat is for more challenging terrain steeps, bumps, some trees, and lots of vertical drop. Hit up Loon for park.

I dont think they have a good one, I never hear people talk about it. But if ur looking for a good park, Hit up loon.

I'm going just because it is $9 to ski, and I don't have school Friday. So I should just expect to cruise around the mountain and do stuff off of rollers and drops and through glades?

I havent had my pass checked at loon since january, and they only check on the gondola, and north peak and kance group lines. so take Kanc singles, 7 brothers, Northpeak singles, East basin for the summit, and lil sis

Def. Do the glades at wildcat, you'll have to search but there some great hidden stashes there. The 9$ Fridays always bring a TON of people though, so it might be worth finding a cliff and hike/film that for a bit.

yeah, i mean, for 9 dollars you can't go wrong. As far as "non-park" skiing goes Wildcat is probably my favorite Mtn in NH. It's about the same height as Cannon. They mght even get a little snow out of all this rain we're getting.

wildcat is great for glades especially if youre only paying 9 bucks for it. but if you want a good park definitely go somewhere else

Haha, the OP and I ski together sometimes and he comes from a mountain with a shitty flat box, down rail, and a couple other features, I'm sure he'll be happy.
