WILD MTN IS OPEN

the "battle ship" rail(more like a flat rail, and a flat box. only time will tell, and next weekend is shopwars. Such a fun day, so glad I got to ride today.
 
It is where shops put a team together with there strongest team riders and they compete for the top shop. and yes you have to "ride" for a shop or get asked to ride in the comp for them. and yes anyone can go but you just cant ride, anyone can watch
 
Im pretty sure its an all day deal, Im not 100% sure on that being im not on a team. but yes, sunday would most likely be a better day.
 
ya it was so fun. i cant remember any good falls by a skier so lets just say nick had the best fall?

i know this question may sound retarted, bc i haven't skied in MN in 5 years, but is it going to be icy as shit from 4-8pm? bc my lizzies dont have edges really.
 
haha yeah it will be fairly icy since it will be above freezing during the day, but you should be okay since i have basicly no edge left on my invaders. I will also be there!
 
I'm flying back to MN for the week for thanksgiving and im trying to decide if its worth the 30 bucks for baggage on the plane to bring my skis, is it worth it?

In unrelated news,

wild should be blowing tonight, tomorrow, and again on friday, as per NOAA and Weather channel. they look good right now, the whole main run from the lift to the magic carpet is well covered, idk bout much else due to lack of range withthe webcam, any locals have pics/info?
