Wide brake on small skis?

Will I have any problems if I mount bindings with a 100mm brake on skis that are 84mm underfoot?
 
theres a chance they could catch when you're riding switch. Since they're wide they stick out more than normal, and might hang over the edge of your ski and dig in if you make a sharp carve switch. I've never used wide brakes on small skis tho, so I can't say for 100%
 
rossignol reccomends the scratch 120 or 140 with a wide brake(100mm) for the scracth fs wrs or ghetto(both 84 underfoot). This is also the set up I have, scratch fs wrs with scratch 120 bindings, and have never had a problem with it.
