Wide angle with filters question

Im considering getting an opteka .3x fisheye. From what Ive read it doesnt have thread on the outside for filters. Would it work to use the filter then the fisheye? also sorry if this is a noob question im at work and on my cell phone cant really do any research. The equip im using is vx2100 with a 58mm circle polarize filter. Thanks for an info in advance!

yes but you may get more vignette as the lens is now further away..

Also, I know you can do it with out a problem.. I did it with a Vx2k and Canon Wd-58.. but that was only .7x, I put a Raynox Mx3000 (.3x) on my new camera and I do not thing I had any noticeable distortion.
