Wide angle lens

i want to get a wide angle lens for filming lines this summer and was wondering which one you guys would suggest would be the best since christmas is approaching. i got a canon t3i

i was thinking the of asking for the canon ef 11-24mm f/4 but thats a little pricey

wide: tokina 11-16 or 12-24

For follow cam filming it usually looks better for something a bit closer than 8mm. The 11-16 would work, but the 12-24 would probably be best (at 20-24).

I have a Rokinon 14mm that I love but I would probably recommend the Tokina 11-16 because of the zoom

Canon 10-18. Really wide, good enough. Been using it on my t3i for video and photography and loved it. Its f4.5 though so filming at night probably won't happen.
