Wicked vs. High Five

Ive heard nothin but good things about wicked but havent seen it..I heard High Five was the best ski movie so far to..what do you guys think?

 
i have the wicked bootleg, it fucking owns all other ski movies i have seen this year. its really artistic. i havent seen high five yet though, so i cant comment on it. but yes, wicked is sick.

wicked= insane time consuming editing (you knowtice different things each time you watch it) and themes and deep stuff

highfive= makes skiing look fun and impressive at same time

wicked also equals only 15 bucks

^Um no bc u can stop bein a cheap loser and support the industry and shell out $15 to see an incredible movie.

Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

i personally liked wicked better, but I liked high five too. If you could only see one, I'd say Wicked, because you get to say something real new and different. High Five's a sick movie, but a lot like previous Level 1 movies. But definitely try and get them both, especially if you were considering wastin money on somethin like yearbook.

 
both great movies. the intro to wicked was gay when they broke out of the prison. hi joe.

They're pretty different. If you were to get 2 movies this year, those are the 2 I'd say, because they're on such opposite ends of the spectrum.

what the fuuuuudge I still haven't gotten my bootleg... maybe my sister screwed up in the ordering process... I hope not, cuz I want to see wicked!

 
have high 5, it's a great movie. was gonna buy wicked recently, but it's $20 US, plus the cheapest shipping available is another $10 US (they us ups or something).

All in all, it's too much fucking american money, for my poor canadian ass. plus i heard some of the segs lacked good skiing (true, false?).

high five was decent, but there were some downfalls. it was sick overall though. and i haven't seen wicked...

Hmm it is actually really hard to say but here is what I think:

Wicked: It has better editing and most orignal movie to date. However there is some footage that isn't really up to par, but when it's up to par, it's up to par! Overall the movie is SICK and its a must see.

High Five: Almost all of the skiing is Grade-A, it is really fun to watch, and the editing is pretty up to par, not nearly as insane as Wicked.

Overall: Buy them both, totally worth the money, 2 different movies but you get both sides of skiing, you get the fun side, and the "hardcore rebellious side" of skiing. You will be happy you bought em both.

Both are worth the money for the skiing...

...but WICKED is by far the most artistic, intricate ski movie ever. Every time I watch it I'm more impressed. The skiing is very good as well. A lot of the segments contain tons of really tech but subtle tricks that you won't catch until you've seen it several times. The skiing isn't as in your face as other movies but the small tech shit makes it totally insane.

 
i havent seen wicked by high five is my favorite, i love how berman incorporates life shots ( beside skiing) in the film. its great, adds more depth and meaning to the film.
