Why!!!!!

i dont get it. i would think that pros would at least learn by now to build smaller jumps onto rails. it looks so lame when people build such big jumps. also i hate seeing people come on from outside the stairs. you should either lipslide or not hit the rail. getting on from the side is so whack. sorry for bitching but it is a major problem. and everyone of my snowboarder friends points it out when were watching movies. other than that they like the skiing.

You be as good as a pro, do the same rails they are doing, lipslide or with smaller jump, then bitch you cunt.

i wouldnt call it a problem. while i agree with the gist of what youre saying, sliding shit on skis is a lot harder than on a snowboard. smaller jumps/lipslides maybe, but that just adds to the difficulty.

wait and see my movie bitch then throw accusations. all of my athletes: skiers and snowboarders all abide by my above statements. and yes i agree it is harder to get onto a rail on skis but that does not make it alright to build a goddamn mogal kicker onto an urban rail.

i agree it would be ideal if more urban rails in movies had small jumps. i noticed the jump size in the recent Rage films update. but ive also been in the position of having to make a large jump because there wasnt enough speed to get alot of pop so i dont really judge.

Ok, you hit a urban like quad kink with no jump, and i will be satifyed that you can bitch about pros having big jumps.

I thought the point of sliding rails was to slide the rail, not pole vault your way up there first...who cares what the jump is like

im confused. why would you need a big kick if speed was an issue? the good thing about small lips is you dont need hardly any speed. you should NEVER need anything more than about a ft for a jump onto a rail, and thats something fairly flat. on a normal down rail, no lip or a few inches is all you need.
