When you think about it, park skiing must seem ridiculous to any normal person.
People weighing 180lbs with all their gear throwing themselves at 40mph off jumps that send them 60ft+. Or alternatively, spinning around, again at high speed, on narrow pieces of metal.
To any normal person, that sounds like a perfect recipe for injury. Which is why park passes are needed - to minimise the risk to others, and to us, in what is, an incredibly high risk sport.
