Sadly, the actions of the lowlife among us cause the valuable members to not want to come back. Here is an example of this, which is also to warn people away from dealing with him since he doesn't care about lying. It really is a shame. Doggerr - you will not get ahead in life by lying or trying to serve only yourself. Hopefully you regret this later and change your behavior.

So I bought this pair of pants from Doggerr. Here is his thread selling them. (https://www.newschoolers.com/ns/forums/readthread/thread_id/751636/) Notice his description is "some black and white oakley corked pants.. super dope pants, just have too many pairs.. i would give them a7/10 they have been used for one whole season, they are a little dirty on the bottoms, some tiny holes on the cuffs, other than that they are perfect.

So I got home from work and my wife says "why did you buy trashed ski pants?" I go to look at them and notice they are pretty much dirty all over. There is dirt and discoloration on most of the pants. There is a small hole in the butt he didn't mention. When I think "other than that they are perfect", I expect white pants to be white. So, I message him and ask for a refund. He somehow continues to claim they are perfect and that a refund would not be given. I even tried to be super nice and offer to pay for the return shipping to him. Nope. Now, I will have to have them professionally cleaned just to sell them on Ebay and get my money back. The matter isnt about whether I could keep them if I put a lot of work in them, it is the issue of honesty. I would not have even bought them for $25 bucks if they I knew how dirty they were.

People on here will never rate anything below a 7 unless the item is completely non functional, people are willing to lie in order to make a quick buck.

Did you use paypal? You could try filing a claim if it hasn't been 30 days.
 
sucks man, hopefully you can get them fixed up, i have a pair of the same pants in teal and they're soo great, only reason why i dont wear them anymore is because i have my preferred suit
 
Explain to me why op ( A respected, mild mannered gent) would spend time to make a call out thread if there wasnt an issue.
 
First shows a hole on the cuffs which was explained in the description, second is showing the Velcro on the waistband (which I'm assuming is what the "damage" is) but the Velcro looks different than the white on the snow pants of course. Third show the zippers, not sure if trying to show a color other than the original white of the snow pants. Fourth is a tiny hole on the butt pocket which I hadn't even noticedd but I'm sure if does not take away from the functionality of the pants as I had not even noticed it. I admit I should have been more thorough and pointed out the whole. But IMO the pants are in perfect condition after a season of wear, aside from the cuffs, as mentioned and the tiny ass hole which I admit is my fault. Calm down god damn
 
You just stated that you should have mentioned that there was more damage than you told him. I've been doing alot of buying and selling now on eBay and whenever there is a problem I work hard to fix it instead of blowing the person off. If there is a complaint or a problem it's on YOU to fix and make the customer happy. If there's more damage ask if the person will take a partial refund, or offer a full refund. It's simple customer service. Give the man his deserved refund.
 
Your arrogance is disgusting. Really. IF they really were white, why on earth would I want to return a pair of pants that I wanted? THEY ARE FILTHY. Your explanations are ridiculous. And just to respond to your absurd comments: The waistband is disgusting. The velcro is fine. The hole pictured is not on the cuffs but on the front of the pant leg. The third doesnt show the zippers, but how the entire inside of the pants is dirty.

The point is, you lied. Even if you were 100% honest and thought they were clean, you then lied further when confronted with the truth. To top it all off, when called out on your poor character, you tried to defend it.

I will reiterate - people like Doggerr are the scum of NS and reduce the quality of the site. Good thing you will never own a business...
 
oh and dogger, do you really live in breck? not sure if you're gonna be allowed into slopestyle ever again... I work there. haha
