Why isnt it snowing enough in Tahoe?

ya people need to pray more to the snow gods
we got some rain and maybe a trace today but not enough to even get some other mountains open
 
You guys just need to drive south on 395 a bit. 12 lifts running right now as I'm typing this here in Mammoth. 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Main Park - 2 jumps and about 20 rails/boxes/jibs

Forest Trail Park - 2 jumps and 5-7 rails/boxes/jibs

Disco Park is open with potential for 4-5 boxes/rails to be added with this new snow

South Park is sorta open. Roller Coaster Express (Chair 4) is running. Features are scheduled to start being added to South this weekend with more added as much as snowfall/snowmaking allow. When I drove up today, they were blowing a crapload of snow for South, so they should have a decent setup before too long.

 
For those trying to finish off finals in a few weeks, a 6 hour trip to mammoth isnt exactly the most responsable thing in the world.. lol.

No matter HOW tempting that shit is.. fuck.

I'm so tempted to just say "Fuck it" with school work and head up next weekend. buuuuuuut. i then realize that I will fail out of school... Which seems like a pretty good idea right now, but I think i'll regret it later :)

but fuuuuuuuuck. i hate responsibility :(
 
Did i mention I work 30 hrs a week? Lol. that doesnt help.

Okay, i'll cut it with the escuses.. but seriously, its too early in the season, even with what they have at mammoth to go on a trip just yet... least for me.
