Why is you're state the best?

Oregon is the best because of year round skiing, microbreweries, no sales tax, having the ocean and mountains within 2 hours of each other,windells, burgerville, fresh delicious strawberries, salmon, etc. I'd post pictures but I'm on my phone
 
i love it here in my native brazil. fresh salmon, roasted strawberries, and all of the heroin a mommy could buy.
 
NY is the best because of the true 4-season year, with the Adirondack mountain range in its backyard. Plenty of clean lakes to have fun in, and pretty much my backyard

OMG THE TWO BLACK PEOPLE IN COLORADO IN ONE PICTURE!

Colorado is cool but not very culturally diverse IMO. I grew up in NY which is a melting pot so going somewehre like CO is kinda weird. I hate NY though, cali is my fav state so far
 
thanks! They're 4 hours from my house though :/ The only cliffs in my parts are into the hudson and we often get busted for that. Police boats are everywhere in my parts because i live directly across the river from West Point and just up stream from Indian Point. I know a few good places in the highlands and catskills
 
yeah, where I go is illegal too, but as you see the river bends. theres a power authority plant up on the ridge across from where you walk up. fun shit though, if you ever find yourself in CNY, pm me
 
I def will. My friends are gonna be able to drive this summer and we are all intrested in cliff jumping. I know a person who has summer house in that vicinity. I would love to get out of the highlands for the summer and explore NY. I know new paltz has a shit load of cliffs in the minewaska preserves. I have seen them. Go to 0:48 in the vid, I know people who jump those cliffs all the time. There are deep parts in the lake

 
because i care about uconn volleyball, but i am a big fan of the basketball teams (boys and girls). And the baseball team is actually decent. And football well they try.
 
California is pretty dam cool. Beaches, snow, and sun within a few hours of each other. Plus Vegas is almost as close as you're gonna get.

Not really my state since I don't live in the US, but I would trade my New Zealand citizenship for American in a second.
 


this is my buddy's older brother in salmon falls, ny (where ever that is)

and then my buddy does what are called the palasades on lake delta just outside of rome, ny. Pretty sick, about 30'-40' feet
 
Minnesota ,We are the further most North state of the original 48 states, have one weird ass shape too our state, have the Twin Cities, tons of film crews come up here to hit OUR hand rails, and have the North Coast(Lake Superior bitches) so many other reasons why Minnesota is awesome.

the northeast is the same way except its colder in the winter and we have atlantic city and foxwoods (north americas biggest casino) instead of las vegas. i have surfed, snowboarded, and wakeboarded in the same week in the northeast. here, you can drive through new jersey, new york, connecticut, mass, new hampshire and maine in 4.5 hours.

if the northeast megalopolis was a country, we would rank 5th in gdp, only behind the rest of the u.s, japan, china, and germany. the northeast megalopolis has 50 million people in and area smaller than california (the most populous state with only 34 million people). the northeast is also home to all eight ivy league schools.

My real state is CT, but it is way far from the best, which I why I go to school/ currently am in VT. It's the best because. well, it's VT.

it's in the middle of the continent, what do you expect? You should be damn impressed by the number of mexicans they got over there.
