Try a different browser maybe? or check to see if an add blocker or firewall is blocking the specific page? I'm not much of a computer guru but it might be worth a shot. If someone else has better advice, hook this dude up.

lear your cache,it wouldnt work on safari for me till i did that, i made a thread a while back on teh same thing.
