Why is he not sponsered ?

But he can barely do a right sev. Ski for fun not to get sponsored. Skiing will always be there for you, sponsors won't be.
 
How is this different? It had:1. fixed angle of a huge jump line.

2. some cool tricks on big rails

3. A G suit?

4. a rap song

5. a handful of "artsy" or "creative" tricks

6. some really slow rotation flips off the aforementioned huge jumps.
 
Well, I am at college, too, and manage to get my stuff together without anyone giving me a dollar. I simply work.. 5000 g, that number is a joke, surely not valid. I didn't spent that much on skistuff in 3 years skiing.Maybe youll come to that if you are in need of the newest stuff in unnecessary amounts and value it with an expensive shop price on the day it comes on the market. I hardly buy the new, most park skis haven't really changed in years. 4bi9s hous really does not look like you dont have money at all.

He was saying that's the retail cost of the stuff the sponsors would be giving you (3-4 pairs of skis, a couple suits, and goggles). Obviously if you're a poor college kid you wouldn't be dropping that much on new shit every year, so that's where being sponsored is really nice. Pretty sure that's what he was saying.

And 5g = $5000... nobody said 5000g
 
it was kind of a joke, also a reason to post one of my favorite edits. This edit is three years old and not much has changed since. ill agree that every edit looks about the same, that edit was just one of my favs haha
 
Sponsorship should not be about good skiing as much as it should be about sponsoring someone who is very sociable and will get your companies name out there, they must stand out from he crowd, be good at skiing, and be willing to talk to people.
 
he is the opposite of smooth on skis. looks extremly awkward hes alright but even i know people who are so much better then him that arent sponsored at all.

besides being sponsored is not what skiings about at all
 
This is the mindset to have. There are kids out there who are crazy good and could care less about sponsors.

I think some people are taking it way too seriously these days.
 
Why is everybody hating on the kid in the edit? Jeez, he may not be "sponsorship worthy" in your eyes, but that doesn't mean you should bash him and say he's not even that good. To be honest I don't see a ton of blind 6s in edits, so that somewhat stood out to me.

"Omg he's not even that good, my friend can dub 10 and isn't sponsored." NOBODY FUCKING CARES.
 
You're way off base. For one, this isn't some random video in some video section where people are being needlessly critical or harsh. This was somebody who was, rhetorical or not, asking why him or his friend or somebody he know is "not sponsored" in fucking ski gabber of all places. People were giving an honest assessment to the question.

Everyones point in this is pretty good, but i only filmed this on 2 days. If i could get a week of filming in with tricks that he actually tried for, i believe that peoples opinions would change. For the kid who said no switch ups, he tried reverse tranny swap on the dfdfd. Also didnt get any of his other flips like corks and maybe a switch cork or two because it was windy as fuck. Just saying that he is better than the video portrays i think.
 
im glad you said ski filmers, cuz my mom can run a video camera better than heath. real videographers film movies for hollywood, this idiot has his moms camera and edits garbage in his moms basement, and i still dont believe he is even in the top 500 of videographers for skiing and snowboarding films...lets be respectful to the industry that considers this website a joke because of people like him.
 
while complete and utter bullshit, this post is at least a better attempt at an insult than the last one.

eheath is pretty darn good at what he does. honestly dont know the guy so i cant comment on him as a person, but i do know that it is pretty enjoyable to browse through all the edits he has made.
