Seriously it seems like everyone on this site is so god damn bitchy all the time. Lighten up It's just skiing. I wrote a little story about how I invented the safety grab well before most people had thought up freeskiing myself included and all but two people just attacked me for it. I was just trying to share an interesting story but all these people with sticks up their asses call me gay and all that bullshit. It's like that one guys signature says that every post on here will be answered by some form of you're gay etc. It's true and it is such bullshit. I'm so tired of it. Why can't people just be nice. We are all skiers. We don't need to argue amungst ourselves. If all your going to do is be an asshole on the site why don't you go somewhere else or grow up. Judging from the coments by the peole on this site i would say the average age is like 14 which probably isnt true but who can tell from what people say. Everyone just needs to lighten up.

I agree too, I put some pics of skiing up and I got bashed because I'm not that good and all I wanted was some help, instead I got reminded that I'm not very good in fuck comments, which is exactly what I need to boost my confidence in my first year of park skiing. Poeple just need to grow up and lighten up. We all share a common passion in life, so why are we out destroying each other, in a sport we are trying to progress.

I just ignore anyone that types in excessive amounts of internet shorthand basically. As far as I'm concerened, I haven't missed any quality info from those folks. But I do agree and I'm sure this topic has been brought up before. What is it exactly with the whole gay facination thing? People ask simple questions they get half assed responses from smart asses who talk like they know shit. I noticed that if it's a tech question, hardly anyone responds except for the people that actually know their shit. If it's an opinionated question... there will be everything from 'armada and 4frnt is soooo core' to 'fuk u gay dood yor gay line came b4 em gay'. But there's not a whole lot you can do really. Someone's bound to rip on this... well I might as well be the first to lower my standards and vocabulary for a moment.

I hear you man, that used to bug me a lot when I first came onto this site and it still does but if I've learned anything at all it's that it's pretty much inevitable. For every one person on this site that is genuinely supportive of other skiers and skiing and general there are at least ten who would just as soon talk smack and give everyone shit to no end, the key is to learn to more or less totally ignore the bullshit and focus on the positive people on NS. If you're able to do that you will see that there are some very good people on this site who love and support skiing every bit as much as you do.

11-15 year olds.

Out of those,maybe 75percent are just inmature.
