Why i love dynastar

well i have this love hate thing going on with dynastar. i think that their skis ride so well and are unmatched. how ever, they dont do too well on rails.

it all started in the 08 season when i got a pair of trouble makers. i got to ride them for one day at A-basin. this was my first time out west and i loved these skis. after i got home though i realized that they had completely delamed. i called up dynastar and showed them pics and they said that they would replace the ski with no charge. so i sent them back and around the end of the month they send me brand new 09 skis!

i was so pumped to ride them this year. so i go for 11 days this season and the edge breaks and falls out. so again i go to dynastar and ship them back. and i just got an email last night saying that they will still back their product and now they are sending me the 09/10 dynastar 6th seance.

i am so pumped for new skis!!!!!
 
Yeah Dynastar is good shit, I have never had a problem with my TMs though sorry to hear that, but stoked for you on the 6th sense!
 
dude thats exactly what i did. like word for word. they sent me the sixth senses and theyre sick!! i havent had problems with them yet(crossed fingers) . theyre a little bit heavier than the old ones but way sick1!
 
yea im in the same boat, my amplids were ridiculously thrashed after about 10 days of riding and didnt warranty them, but the tips on my dynastars split apart and they are sending me the 6th sense spin. dynastar has always been way legit.
 
Ok im on the same boat too. I boutght the 07's the edges delamed and cracked fast they sent me 08's same thing again and i sent them back. I received the 09's and it did the same thing and the edge is now riping off. I talk to my shop and they dont know if dynastar will replace it because the shop thinks its rider issue. I just got a reps number and dont know how i should go about this because i cant get ahold of dynastar by either email or phone. +++ karma anyone who can help

did they make them different this year. If they did I'm gonna get some because troublemakers ride like no other but their edges suck.
 
Its pretty neat what they did, I hope it works out.

I know that it is on the spin which is the wider park ski, not sure if it is on the super pipe which is narrower.
 
i read that they added a double edge thing to the spins. i think it is the same idea as in urban punx by atomic.

i wont get mine for a few weeks though. but i cant wait for them
