Why even pro's need helmets

in a crazy fall its actually super easy to hit yourself in your own head. my brother did it once and concussed himself horribly, and now wears a helmet always. i also did it and put an egg sized bump onto my forhead. ive been sportin a domebucket almost always in the park and often all mountain. dont be seduced by the false sense of security though.
 
i coulda died a few times from trees and stuff, i like helmets, they look finw actually better on some people. but the vid no work
 
haha funniest movie i ever seen. the pros are still alive arent they? besides how would you rock the gheeto steez with da bucket on ur head. image mfm in his shiny new helmet... not gonna happen
 
I remember reading this article back in the day about a pro jibber how fell on a rail, and had to have brain surgery or something nuts. They had to drain the fluid out of his skull and shit, and he lost his sense of taste and smell. Scared the SHIT outta me. I still dont wear one..sigh.
 
I wasn't really down with riding helmets last season because my old Skycap was so bulky and heavy. I got a Trace though in Black and I love it. Never going back to just a regular hat since I now have so much more confidence to try shit on the hill.
