Why does everyone think tight pants are emo?

i have a pair that are 1% spandex so they strech alot compared to normal jeans and they are easily the most comfortable pants ive ever worn
 
Its true that tight pants aren't emo - I wear semi-tight pants and I don't think I'm emo, its just the way people like their jeans/ski pants.
 
I just don't see why a lot of people use emo as some sort of insult. Is it really that big of a deal to be considered emo?

That word should just stop existing! I'm so tired of its endless use everywhere for the purpose of insult. Even as a joke, it just gets on my nerves.

Tight pants aren't emo, but baggy pants just feel so unrestricting, it's nice. I think it's just a preference thing.
 
i think tight pants looks sweet for skiing, its something different. and its definatly not emo, soooooo many extremely awesome people wear tight pants.

and its cool how all the skiers that wear tight pants are all cool nice happy people, where like half the kids with xxxl stuff think they are so black and badass.
