Why do the people who don't deserve it usually get fucked?

every one is attacking the guy but think about how he feels. i have much sympothy for the girl, her family, and the driver. Because now he has to deal with killing a girl for the rest of his life.
 
I'm going to sound like a bastard here, but i'll let it rip for the sake of debate.

In a way, we all get what we deserve, you just have to adjust your opinions of the greater morality to see it. Who are we to comment on who deserves what, because there is no way of knowing the story prior and the story after said event takes place. What if this was the best thing that happens to her? What if she really deserves it? The point is simple, we simply do not know the greater moral picture. Should that stop us from asking questions? No it shouldnt, we as humans should be ciritical of everything, but that is not my point. My point is dont dismiss this with a self-righteous attitude many of us possess.
 
Amen. I'll pay the nearly 50% income tax rather than pay ridiculous hospital bills like you do down in the U.S of A.

should he go to prison? it was a tragic accident but don't you think living with the death of a young woman over this mans head will be more than enough of a punishment? honestly does a 70 year old man need to go to jail?
 
First and Foremost... my condolances to the family and anyone else directly or indirectly affected by what has happened to this girl.

Today I witnessed and Old Man rear-end a Bus... It was good shit.
