why do people were there ski pants so low?

dont know how people do that. it would be really cold, and it feels really dumb

ya man it's just more comfortable, ur nads got breathing room amd as some1 said it's a saver when u slit a rail. And i dont got vents on my pants so it makes up for that

 
mine are like 70s and they have suspenders i hav no choice but to wear them normal
