ok, let me get it straight:
Half of you people hate her because she's a woman.
A quarter of you think that universal healthcare is a bad thing.
One of you hate her because of censorship excuses.
1.India was governed by a woman for many years, they did quite well.
2. Tell people dying for stupid diseases because they cant afford it...equality someone?
3.Most of you people have no fucking clue how stereotypical views of American society are true:racist, sexist fundamentalist right winged morons. No wonder Bush stayed in power, you elect people like you.

It may seem strange, but as far as I am concerned, Bush1 was not a horrible president, Clinton1 was good, i liked him anyway, and bush2, well that was clearly the most retarted mistake we ever made.. twice. who knows what clinton2 could be like.. whatever shes like though.. it should have nothing to do with who she is married to or what her last name is or whatever.

The discretionary budget is the money that we have to spend where we feel like it is needed. Where this money is sent is sent is the primary financial debate in congress, and the first to see change. THE DISCRETIONARY BUDGET IS A THIRD OF THE ENTIRE FEDERAL BUDGET. And defense is in no way funded only through discretionary spending either.
Defense is more than a very very small portion of the ENTIRE budget and more than half the discretionary.

nope, welfare was drastically slashed under clinton to appease conservatives and also because we were doing so well there wasnt as much need for it.

You keep harping on this notion that defense isn't quite a third of the budget. Yea, when you include social security and medicare, defense is 21% OF THE ENTIRE BUDGET.
But Social security budgets cannot be reallocated because people have been paying into it for years and if we stop paying that we're basically screwing them over.
IF we reallocate medicare resources hospitals close down, and we have angry/diseased/dead people on the streets.
So when you look at the part of the budget that we can actually allocate where we want it.
DEFENSE IS 41% OF THIS BUDGET.
No matter how you want to look at it, these figures are discusting and tell alot about the world that we've made for ourselves.

Hillary is a self-serving career politican, and a poorly constructed plan.
I believe that the current state of healthcare is in disarray. I currently pay $80 every 2 weeks for my healthcare, thru my employer. I am fortunate that my employer covers the cost of healthcare to a degree, as I cannot even imagine what it would cost to have on my own.
But I also live near the border, where I see the benefits of universal healthcare. Medication available to all, on an affordable basis.
A simple look at the price of a simple Allergy medication, Zyrtec shows the absurdness. 30 pills at 10mg each is $124 over the internet thru a US site.
The SAME product, available in Canada under a different name for the SAME quantity rings in at $22.
Also, here in the US we have no clear-cut and regulated herbal consistency guidelines. Many of which herbal remedies are suggested and offered by doctors in foreign countries as a more cost effective option, that have been proven in lab tests to be equally as effective, as typical medical procedures.
(PS- I have never seen the Moore movie on healthcare, these are my honest opinions that I have formed while looking at the subject)
