Why do newschoolers not like snowboarders?

I was just wondering considering new schooler park skiiers are like slowly evolving into snowboarders as is, I mean since there really is not snow to ruin in a park why would you care what they ride?

impossible is really just a lack of determination

cause when we first started into the scene and getting into parks they were dicks and were like 'skiers don't belong in parks' so now that we are better we are giving it back to them

 
they rip up the in-run to jumps...kill the landings on box's...and overall...they think its the cooler thing to do...which we all know is skiing hands down!!!!

 
not all of us do, in fact probably about the same percentage of us rip on them as snowboarders who give us shit. but also we are defensive of our skiing website when other 600k person snowboarding sites exist out there.

we ski....so that mean's we're better...thats all i have to say...i know it might be a narrow view, but i've skied for 18 years and snowboarded for at leat 6...and skiing is so much better!!!!

i agree with the guy who said he snowboards for a few years cause thats what i do, ive skiied for about 18 years and snowboarded for 7 but skiing wins hands down, but anything on the snow is fun and anyone who feels that way gets respect. the kids who say its the cool thing to do arent doing it for the love or fun of it, they think they are cool to be doind it and lets face it theoes kids suck ballz

in fact i ride with a crew of equal amounts of snowboards, watch snowboard movies as much as skiing movies, and try snowboarding every once in a while. i love snowboarding.

I don't hate all snowboarders. The ones that piss me off are the ones that don't show the respect we deserve. We are just as good as the, so we should br treated fairly in the park.

snowboarders are cool. the kids that say skiing is gay and snowboarders are better ,are the kids who go once or twice a year. or they never went. kids think snowboarding is cooler but we all no it isnt

 
its the poserass snowboarders that i hate. They think they are all cool cause they snowboard so they think they can make fun of us, but in the end they are just huge faggots.

the reason being is because snowboarders have more tribal contributes to us natives and they are blessed. As for the skiers they don't and we do not bless them 'native'

 
i don't really know anyone that skis, so if i hated snowboarders i wouldn't have any friends. but there's just as many asshole dipshit skiers who fuck up the snow as there are snowboarders of the same type

dont be such stereotypical motherfuckers. i get along with like all of the snowboarders and most of them are pretty cool to skiers too. these days skiers and snowboarders get on well - or at least where i ski.

i have no problem with boarders...i skied when i was little then started to board kuz i thought it was cooler... then came back to the skis...but alot of the people i ride with are boarders...ther are some dicks...but its cuz their ignorant and most of the boarders that are assholes begginers and do it kuz they think its cool

 
none of my friends ski so i only ride with boarders which kinda sucks

Naw snowboarders are chill, I like to watch them. It's funny to look at all the posers plus all my friends but like 10 snowboard so... yeah.

Snowboarding is the shit. Skiing is the shit. People who think that they are the shit just cause the ski or board ... well, they dont know shit.

I agree with the person who said snowboarders who only go twice a year say skiing sucked. People who have expereince can respect those who use the snow (provided there arent any rails around). Heck, even i thought skiing sucked, untill i met a few that were good at it.

it seems like this stage of life for a lot of people around our age is like when you are playing a video game and you beat the Final Boss, only to find out that was just a decoy Final Boss and the real Final Boss is about 50x harder. and on top of that, you used all your special tricks to beat the Decoy, and you are also low on life. and you have a crappy third party controller.
