Why do girls not post pics of them skiing?

i guess i just hate seeing all these stupid prom shots, and me and my skis, and look at my new bathing suit, and oh look i'm trying to look hot... ya know?
 
maybe if you don't post vids of you doing crappy slides while someone is coaching you on what to do, they you wouldn't get responses like that... just a thought.
 
for the record, i couldn't care less if ANYONE posted pics or vids of them skiing. you all are the ones complainging about it. i tried to offer a solution to your horrible problem of people being honest with you. sorry i offered any advice.

exactly...i'm sorry but that 2 inch high and 3 ft wide box while being coached by some dude is just waiting to be made fun of. i have no problem with people learning shit, but don't waste space on this site with that crap.
 
no, you're pissed because someone left a negative comment about your video and you're trying to convince us that stuff like that deters people from posting videos. well, no shit it does- a simple solution is to not post videos. stop complaining when people leave you honest comments. anyone who said it was a good video was lying to you.
 
this would be the reason girls dont post pics of them skiing! everyone hates on them if there trying to learn new shit. We need more girls in skiing. way more. so give them some tips or somthing instead of hating. and sashac, lets see better video out of you before you hate if she gives girls skiing a bad name.

I mean i post pic/videos on this site all the time, and some people write nice things and some people dont, i just dont care. If i think i slid the box well- then thats all that matters.... cheer up- think of snow! AND BUNNIES! cuz they are so soft and cute... i wonder if a bunny could ski?
 
well, when the only two videos they post are one of them crashing on an underrotated 180 and one of them learning how to slide a box, then what do you expect? if they posted better content, they wouldn't be made fun of for what they post.

^wow. I think you are missing the entire point of this website. Not every one on here is a pro, most are just learning and everyone is at different levels in this sport. Newschoolers.com is the perfect venue to post your videos and pictures. It allows people to get some constructive feedback from other riders and even props when it is due.

What is a waste of space on this site is all the bullshit posted by immature people such as yourself.
 
but if they dont have better content and they post anyway. because there are people encouraging them to it should be ok. its better than most girls can ski. and the more girls we get skiing the better. a year after you learn to slide boxes you can be stylish on rails. So in a year she could be a pretty respected skier on girls standards

i never said they couldn't post it. all i said was that if they're going to post stuff like that, they had better be ready to catch shit for it. it's not good skiing and people are going to point that out.
 
Hey, she's learning. Worse things have been posted. I commend the fact that she actually bothered to post something ski related, where as 7/10 girls on here don't seem to think it's important to represent (how good you are is unrelated to how hard you represent)....

well before i say anything, I'm not the best freeskier by any standards, so I hope it doesnt seem like I'm trying to sound uuber good or higher than anyone. I know I am not and do not intend to be.

with that said, saschac is actually a good skier...so all of you people telling her to do something better are pretty much wrong. I remember her and that ninaa girl posting pictures/videos of their skiing a little while ago, and they are very good. props to them, and I think they do have a good point. girls do need to step it up.

I don't agree that it's wrong to give props to girls. even if the post a video or picture of them just learning how to something. I'll give props to any freeskier. I like seeing people try things. and yea nothing should be considered a 'waste of space' just because it's someone learnign something. if you think it's gonna suck, dont waste your time looking at it, or even commenting on it. as much as people don't know, or fail to show, it is common respect that if you don't have something nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

its not that girls dont post skiing, look at all the boys profile , a shitload dont have pics or vids. its that their is not a lot of girl on this site we have to show the snowboarder/racing chiks THE WAY to freestyle...ive converted 3 chiks...thats about 100% of the chiks riding park at my mtn and I plann to convert more...but I have to admit that id like to see more girls skiing cuz skiers are hot, espescially MARY...post ur skiing, not only flowers!!!!!!!!!
