K kootenayklaus Active member Oct 11, 2011 #10 Destruction of Property (scratching/rubbing paint off of rails) Liability (thank the idiots of America who sue at the drop of a dime) Trespassing (applies to only some rails) Noise Violations (city rails, powering lights with a generator is loud) Curfew (if under 18, it applies?) There's a few more, but those are the major ones that my friends and I have gotten busted for.
