why do christians and jews have problems with muslims?

well, the Jews hate them because they are involved in a conflict over god given rights to land right now and have been for the last couple thousand years. Christians hate everyone who isn't christian, but they mask that hate with supposed love for all mankind while at the same time blowing up abortion clinics and declaring war on muslims. i would say that the muslim faith like any faith has been used as a tool to comtrol the weakminded. there are just as many ....actually even more population-wise, good muslims as their are chistians or jewish ppl in the world.

when young ppls minds are manipulated by those who should be teaching true faith and love thru whatever religion it may be things like this happen. remeber the spanish inquision??

sorry to say but actually he is right, well you both are actually. it does go way way way back in history. there have been claims to jerusalem and many other holy sites since way back in the day and this has caused tensions to build and build over the years. americas blind support for isreal is one of the principla factors in why many muslims initally had an issue with the us. bush1 and bush2 obviouslly aren't helping with the political games they are playing with ppls lives.

but i just finished a first year course comparing and interpreting these three religions, and it most definitely is true that islam is more of a harsh religion in terms of punishments and such, for believers and nonbelievers alike.

the most basic difference is the way they relate to God and how you get to heaven. Please note that this is very simplified, but this is the fundimental difference between the religions.

In judasim you need to conform to rules in order to be pleasing to God.

In islam you need to do certain things and conform to rules to be pleasing to God.

In christianity you need a personal relationship with God.

My friend is muslim and he doesnt hate my dad, who is jewish, or my grandparents on my mom's side who are strict catholics. There are also a lot of jews who support a compromise in the israeli palestine issue. You cant just group all the people of a religion together into one group
